Known Limitations
We're continuously improving, but we're aware of some current limitations:
- Some third-party embedded content (e.g., payment forms) may have limited accessibility
- Complex charts and graphs may not be fully accessible to screen readers (we're working on text alternatives)
- Voice note features require manual transcription for deaf/hard-of-hearing users
We're actively working on these issues. If you encounter accessibility barriers not listed here, please let us know so we can address them.
Third-Party Content
Some features use third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, OpenAI for chat). While we work with vendors who prioritize accessibility, we don't have full control over their interfaces. We advocate for accessibility with all our partners and welcome feedback about any issues you encounter.
Testing & Continuous Improvement
- Automated Testing: We use automated accessibility checkers in our development process
- Manual Testing: Features tested manually with keyboard navigation and screen readers
- User Testing: We welcome feedback from users with disabilities
- Regular Audits: Periodic accessibility audits to identify and fix issues
- Team Training: Our developers receive ongoing accessibility training
